Meet the Founders

Michael LaManna

Michael LaManna is the Founder of Precision180 and Co-Founder of Precision Technology Advisors, an independent technology advisory firm serving executive leadership teams and business owners.

    With more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology and business strategy, Michael advises organizations on aligning technology investments with business outcomes. His work focuses on strengthening cost discipline, improving security posture, and bringing clarity to complex technology environments so leaders can make confident strategic decisions.


    At Precision Technology Advisors, Michael and his team provide vendor-neutral guidance across infrastructure, SaaS, connectivity, and security. Rather than selling products, the firm evaluates the market, benchmarks suppliers, and aligns vetted technology solutions with each client’s operational and financial priorities. Through this advisory model, clients gain objective insight, enterprise-grade expertise, and lifecycle oversight across their most critical technology investments.


    Earlier in his career, Michael spent fifteen years with Cisco Systems, where he was recruited to Silicon Valley and worked with enterprise customers and partners worldwide. His roles included business development and global initiatives supporting Cisco’s, NMS Saas Solutions, E-Learning Partner Program” Web 2.0 initiatives and partner enablement programs, helping executive teams understand how to leverage the network as a strategic business platform.


    Michael completed executive studies in Management and Marketing at SMU’s Cox School of Business. He lives in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with his wife Denise, founder of LaManna Realty. They have two children: Gabrielle, an architectural interior designer and founder of Gabby Designs, and Luke, a graduate of Texas A&M’s Mays Business School with a master’s in finance.

Richard Castleberry

Richard Castleberry is owner of Castleberry Growth Solutions, LLC, and Senior Venture Partner on The Good Science Fund. In addition to co-founding Qualifin, LLC, Richard recently co-founded Precision Technology Advisors, a technology advisory company.

    His expertise spans business development, executive engagement, corporate partnerships, and leadership initiatives. He has delivered and delivers transformative outcomes across U.S. and the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia for U.S. based and global organizations - helping businesses across industries drive growth, deepen strategic relationships, and position themselves for long-term success in today's competitive market.


    Richard specializes in building high-impact alliances and secures corporate and business relationships that drive sales by building trust and confidence while creating sustainable pipelines. He helps organizations stay competitive and future ready.


    During his time as MBA & MS Business Director and Director of Corporate Relations at Texas A&M University, Richard built and expanded partnerships with major global brands including Amazon, Microsoft, SpaceX, AbbVie, UnitedHealth Group, Google, Coca-Cola, Baker Hughes, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Deloitte, McKinsey + Co., and so many more, across all industries. He scaled industry engagement from zero to 100+ corporate partners in just 14 months.


    In his prior roles, Richard lived abroad for 14 years: Richard worked as Head of Business Development for Academic Programs at Nazarbayev University in Astana, Kazakhstan where he built partnerships in Kazakhstan and internationally; Richard taught business-related courses for Rochester Institute of Technology’s affiliated campuses in Kosovo (where he was Head of the Management unit) and Croatia; and prior to the education industry, Richard worked in the investment, real estate, and entertainment industries.


    Richard has his MBA in Marketing and Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and his BS in International Business and Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston. Richard is married to Dafina, and has three children (Sara, Genc, and Gjin). They live in The Woodlands, Texas from August through May, and in Prishtina, Kosova (and the Albanian seaside) in June and July.
